Short Term Seasonal ContractWe are looking for a dynamic, personable, customer services oriented staff member who has a passion for good food, can run a kitchen for lunches and afternoon teas, the occasdional function, and can spot problems, before they happen, take appropriate action, and motivate others to deliver.
We offer some degree of flexible working, with holiday pay, access to a pension scheme, and a share of the tips.

If you are aged 13 - 17, we are looking for some summer seasonal staff, we are recruiting confident young people. We offer staff training, plus virtual college qualifications in Food Safety and Hygiene. We know this may be your first foray into the workplace, so we know you’ll have lots to learn, but we want friendly people to join our team. Many of our young team have been a part of the Cornish Lavender Family for many years.
We offer some degree of flexible working, with holiday pay, and a share of the tips.

Grounds Maintenance Angel and Handy Person extraordinaire
Permanent PositionWe are seeking a reliable knowledgable, grounds maintenance staff member, one day a week (or two x half days) to keep our small site looking beautiful for visitors, wildlife, and 4 legged friends to enjoy. This is an all year round positiion, as many of the landscaping jobs are done in the off-season.
We offer a pension scheme, flexible working hours and training qualifications if required.
